Our music lessons program runs on a term from September to June. Upon starting we require payment for the first month as well as postdated cheques dated for the first of each month remaining in the term. You may also leave a credit card on file that will be charged at the beginning of each month instead of cheques, if you wish.
PLEASE NOTE, If a student decides not to continue with lesson that your remaining cheques will be returned to you. If you use a credit card, we will delete your information from our files. The balance of the current month, however, will not be returned if the student cancels lessons during the month.
There will be a total of 40 lessons in the term. There is generally 4 lessons per month, but some months may have only 3 lessons and some may have up to 5 lessons. We do not charge for lessons that fall on holidays or days that we're not open.
There will be no make up lessons for any missed lessons. If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, that lesson is considered forfeited. Our instructors are paid for each scheduled lesson whether the student is in attendance or not.
If the instructor is unable to teach, a make up lessons will be rescheduled.
